Creative Industries Pathways Programme

Completely free of charge, this flexible and part-time programme is tailor-made to suit your individual needs. We will help you gain an in-depth understanding of your chosen field through work experience, taster training days and individual coaching – all designed to give you the edge in finding and securing a job in the creative industry of your choice.

We can offer:

• an internship in the creative industry of your choice

• taster courses from a range of the creative industries including:
– music production
– graphic/web design
– film production
– technical theatre
– management and administration of creative businesses

• bespoke work experience in the creative industries

• 1-2-1 life coaching

• IT training days

• individual follow up support to include assisting with further research into training/career development, applications/funding opportunities for further study, CV creation, job application and interview techniques where appropriate.

Candidates are eligible if they live in Medway and are aged 16+ and over.

As each individual’s pathway programme is shaped to match their specific skills and experience level, no previous experience or qualifications are necessary to start.
